Although our gluten-free product are made and cooked in a dedicated kitchen, they are prepared in the same facility as our regular flour product. We cannot guarantee that our products are 100% free of gluten as there is always a possibility of trace amounts crossing over from the other kitchen through ventailation. Please consider this when ordering our product.

Although not all of our product have nuts, they are prepared in the same vessels as product with nuts.
